A large part of our practice is private homes – villas, bungalows and multi-family residences in New Delhi, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Balotra, Ahmedabad and Gandhidham.
We design homes around how a family actually lives and how that will change. Manlok Villa in Udaipur reads as one residence but is planned to become two complete homes without altering its character; other homes explore exposed concrete with brass detailing, monolithic stone with chevron jali screens, or courtyards that bring light and air deep into the plan.
Architecture and interiors are designed together, down to furniture, material palettes and lighting. Every project is led personally by Ar. Rakesh Sharma from concept to completion, supported by in-house architects, interior designers, visualisers and site engineers.

Frequently asked questions
Do you design both the house and its interiors?
Yes. Most of our residential projects are delivered as architecture and interiors together, so materials, furniture and lighting follow one design language.
Which cities do you design homes in?
Mainly New Delhi, Jodhpur, Udaipur and Balotra in Rajasthan, and Ahmedabad and Gandhidham in Gujarat – and elsewhere on request.
Can a home be planned to adapt over time?
Yes – for example, Manlok Villa in Udaipur is designed to split into two complete homes in future with minimal changes.
