Interior designers in Noida

We have been building in Noida and Greater Noida for years: the Orizzonte hotel for Horizon Buildcon, Iridia Housing, and private homes such as The Box House. Our studio in South Delhi is across the Yamuna, so the principal architect and our site engineers are on site often rather than occasionally.

Noida interiors come to us in three forms: a new apartment in a sector tower, a villa in Greater Noida or Jaypee Greens, or a hotel and office fit-out. The approach is the same in each – plan first, then light, then materials – but the detail changes with the building and the family.

A tower apartment has fixed structure and fixed services, so the craft lies in the ceiling, the lighting, the joinery and one or two bold moves – opening the kitchen, merging two small rooms, giving the entrance a proper foyer. A villa in Greater Noida allows more: courtyards, double-height living rooms, terraces planned for the evening breeze.

In both, we draw everything that will be built: false ceilings and light positions, kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, stone layouts and loose furniture, so a contractor can price and build it accurately and the family knows exactly what they will get.

The Orizzonte hotel in Greater Noida is one of our hospitality projects in the NCR, and our hotel interiors experience includes work for IHCL SeleQtions, AC Hotels by Marriott, Sarovar, Lemon Tree and ITC’s Epiq Collection. For offices and showrooms in Noida’s sectors and Film City we design reception, workspace and meeting areas with the same attention to daylight and acoustics as to finishes.

Every project starts with a site visit and a conversation about how you live or work. We then prepare plans and 3D views, a material board you can touch, and a cost estimate, before anything is ordered. Our site engineers check the work on site at every stage and the principal architect reviews finishes before handover.

An interior design fee with us covers the plan and the drawings for everything that will be built – ceilings and lighting, flooring, kitchen, wardrobes and joinery, bathrooms, loose furniture, curtains and art – plus a material board, a cost estimate and site supervision by our engineers. Design usually takes six to ten weeks to approved drawings; executing a 3–4 bedroom apartment or villa takes four to six months depending on joinery and stone lead times.

We can work with your contractor or recommend teams we have worked with; either way the work on site is checked against our drawings.
