Our largest projects are townships and housing. The Grand Avenue in Itarsi, Madhya Pradesh spans about 90 acres with over 37 lakh sq ft of built-up area; Iridia Housing in Noida brings together six residential blocks across 7 lakh sq ft around landscape, a clubhouse and shared open spaces.
We also plan farm townships in Jodhpur – large landscaped plots with contemporary farmhouses and green streets – and design builder floors and apartments for developers in South Delhi and Gurgaon. Every project is led personally by Ar. Rakesh Sharma from concept to completion, supported by in-house architects, interior designers, visualisers and site engineers.
