Plan a complete residential township on 39,20,400 sq ft of land in Itarsi, Madhya Pradesh – plots, villas, streets, parks, a club and an entrance – for LKG Infra.
The idea
Green first. A tree-lined central boulevard, pocket parks, play areas and a pool give the township its structure; homes are arranged around them so every family is a short walk from open space.
Making it
The roads, landscaping, parks and play areas of the first phase are complete, as the drone photographs show. The entrance, club and row houses follow in the next phases, now under construction.
