Hotel & resort interior design

A hotel interior has to do two things at once: meet the operator’s standards for the room, the bathroom, the back-of-house and the fire and services, and give a guest a reason to remember the stay. We have designed interiors for hotels and resorts operated by or planned for IHCL SeleQtions, Hilton, AC Hotels by Marriott, Sarovar, Lemon Tree and ITC’s Epiq Collection, so both halves of that brief are familiar to us.

At The Grey Room in Udaipur the lobby is dressed in soft greys with arched accents finished in gold; at Sea Leaf Resort in Mandvi the traditional Lippan craft of Kutch is reinterpreted as glass mosaic and the furniture follows local botanical patterns; at Madar Lake the rooms step down a hillside in load-bearing stone. For Lemon Tree we built a full-size mock-up guest room on site before the rest were finished.

Every project is led personally by Ar. Rakesh Sharma from concept to completion, supported by in-house architects, interior designers, visualisers and site engineers.
