Builder floor architects in Delhi

Builder floors are a Delhi building type of their own, and we have designed more than a hundred of them – in Vasant Vihar, Jor Bagh, Anand Lok, Gulmohar Park, Nizamuddin, Geetanjali Enclave and other South Delhi colonies – for developers such as the Uppal Group and Salcon.

The work is about getting the most from a plot within the bye-laws: efficient cores and parking, generous floor plates, façades that give each building a presence on the street, and finishes that buyers in these colonies expect.

A buyer decides in one visit, so the floor has to feel right from the stair: a proper foyer, a living room with a view and daylight, a kitchen that gets the morning sun, bedrooms that are quiet. We design the floor plan, the façade and the interiors as one piece of work, and we plan the core, lift and parking so that every floor gets the most usable area the bye-laws allow.

The façade gives the building a presence on the street and sets it apart from the plots on either side; the finishes are the ones buyers in these colonies expect, specified so they photograph well and last.

Most of our builder-floor work is for developers we have worked with across many plots – Uppal Group, Salcon and Metro Buildtech among them – which means drawings that are complete, approvals that run on time and a site team that knows how we build. We handle sanction drawings and liaison, structural coordination, interiors and site supervision.
