House & villa architects in Delhi NCR

From our studio in Sarvodya Enclave we have designed independent houses, farmhouses and duplexes across South Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon – among them Pushpanjali Farm, a cantilevered stone-and-glass farmhouse set in mature trees, and a series of compact city houses on Delhi plots.

Delhi homes are shaped by plot bye-laws, setbacks, basements and stilt parking as much as by the brief; we plan these from the first sketch so approvals and construction run without surprises.

A house with us covers architecture, structure coordination, interiors, lighting and landscape from one team; sanction drawings and liaison for building approvals; detailed working drawings a contractor can price and build from; and site supervision by our engineers through to handover. We prepare plans, 3D views and a material board before detailed drawings begin, with a cost estimate so the budget is known early.
