Our Delhi interiors include family homes and farmhouses, the Opulo flagship stores, and our own studio in Sarvodya Enclave – a space of exposed concrete, brass and dark tones that visitors are welcome to see.

We design interiors as part of the architecture: furniture, lighting, joinery and materials decided together with the plan, and detailed by the same team.

Most of our Delhi interior work is in homes: builder floors and apartments in South Delhi, villas and farmhouses in Chattarpur and Westend Greens, and family houses in Gurgaon and Noida. A builder floor arrives as a fixed rectangle; the craft is in the ceiling and lighting, the joinery, one strong material carried through, and a plan that gives the entrance a foyer and the living room a view. A farmhouse allows the opposite – rooms that open to the garden on every side.

We have designed more than a hundred builder-floor homes in Delhi with developers such as Uppal Group, Salcon and Metro Buildtech, and our own home, The Grey Apartment, in exposed concrete, stone and brass, has been featured in design publications. For the Opulo flagship stores and for offices we plan the customer’s or visitor’s route, the display, the lighting and the back-of-house before the finishes. In every interior project we draw everything that will be built – ceilings and light positions, kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, stone layouts, furniture – so a contractor can price and build it accurately and you know exactly what you will get.

Design usually takes six to ten weeks from brief to approved drawings; execution of a 3–4 bedroom home takes four to six months depending on joinery and stone lead times. Our site engineers check the work at every stage.

Our studio at D-229, Sarvodya Enclave is an interior project of its own – exposed concrete, brass and dark tones, with the drawings, samples and models of current work on the tables – and visitors are welcome to see it on a working day. It is the quickest way to understand how we think about light, material and proportion before you decide whether to work with us.
